Cœur de Vétiver Sacré
ABOUT THE FRAGRANCE
A woody-spicy 2010 composition by Karine Vinchon Spehner centred on vetiver, tea, dried-fruit and smoky-spiced facets, with a broad base of woods, balsamic materials, musk and florals.

OUR TAKE
The opening combined bitter orange, davana and sour fruit. Underneath was a woody structure with a lot of frankincense essential-oil character, although the resinous side itself felt less obvious than expected.
Something about it reminded me of Herod. The heart became fruitier, while a slightly bitter quality remained in the base.
