ABOUT THE FRAGRANCE
Special No. 127 is a citrus-floral Eau de Toilette opening with bergamot, orange and petitgrain, moving through lavender, geranium, neroli, rose and ylang-ylang over musk and patchouli.

OUR TAKE
The overall character reminded me of Floris 89 and carried the same Chanel No. 22 association, but with much more petitgrain and neroli and a stronger essential-oil citrus character. A citrusy rose facet was also more obvious here, almost suggesting rose otto.
