Floris has been based at 89 Jermyn Street in London since 1730, where Juan Famenias Floris and his wife Elizabeth established the family business.
The house remains family-run and continues to compose fragrances in its Jermyn Street perfumery.

A complex citrus-lavender scent with woody, powdery, animalic and clean-laundry facets, ending on incense; interesting, but more feminine than I expected.

A clean aquatic-cologne style that initially recalled Green Irish Tweed but felt less green, more lavender-heavy and more generic.
Limes
Citrus over heavy petitgrain, neroli and orange blossom, with a slight cleaning-product association.
