Bergamote 22
A bright, clean and soapy bergamot opening that I liked much more than the later bitter woody-vetiver drydown.

Firsthand reviewThe opening was excellent: clean, soapy bergamot with the polished fresh-cologne character I associate with Creed Original Vetiver or Mugler Cologne, but nicer to my nose. Grapefruit appeared a couple of minutes later, followed by the familiar citrus, neroli/orange-blossom, vetiver and musk structure.
The weak point was the drydown. It became bitter and woody, eventually settling into a vetiver-and-cedar combination that I enjoyed much less. Longevity also seemed limited.
