ABOUT THE HOUSE
Eau d’Italie was created in 2004 by Marina Sersale and Sebastián Alvarez Murena to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Hotel Le Sirenuse in Positano.
The original Eau d’Italie fragrance became the starting point for a wider collection of fragrances and body products inspired by Italy.
IN THE AROMA BOOK
Eau d’Italie is represented here by a small number of fragrances, but one of them has stayed particularly high in my rankings.
Acqua Decima is currently in my Top 10 perfumes.

A bright high-class cologne of citrus, herbs, neroli, woods and musk, with a natural essential-oil feel and strong summer appeal.

Acqua Decima
A bright high-class cologne of citrus, herbs, neroli, woods and musk, with a natural essential-oil feel and strong summer appeal.
Baume du Doge
Incense, cinnamon and sweet resin gave it a Duchaufour/Amouage character, with a caramelised burnt-frankincense gourmand twist.
Bois d’Ombrie
Very dry woods, apple and tobacco with a shisha-like feel and a slight Fahrenheit association; decent, but not my style.
Paestum Rose
A rosy, feminine Jubilation-like incense/amber scent that settled into a familiar synthetic rose-oud profile; not for me.
