Xerjoff presents Homme from the 17/17 Stone Label collection as a rich woody-aromatic fragrance inspired by the leather flight jacket, opening with citrus and spice, moving through clove, iris and lavender, and settling into amber, cedarwood, vetiver and leather.

OUR TAKE
The opening was sharp and resinous, reminding me of mastic, with spices and possible floral touches such as rose or neroli. It stayed strongly resinous while a sweeter woody facet emerged. After checking the note breakdown, leather made sense as the impression I had been trying to place. I found it okay to good rather than great, and the drydown reminded me of Amouage Tribute.
