ABOUT THE FRAGRANCE

Castile is Penhaligon’s citrus-floral cologne style built around orange blossom and neroli, with petitgrain, citrus, soft woods and musk supporting its bright Mediterranean character.

OUR TAKE

4/5

Neroli dominates from the start, over a light citrus opening that gradually becomes more herbal, with musk and soap underneath. It leans slightly feminine to me, but it’s a very pleasant cologne. What surprised me most was the projection, much stronger than I expected from Penhaligon’s.
