ABOUT THE HOUSE
Gyokushodo was founded in Osaka in 1804 and has continued to develop its incense craft through traditional blending, quality-focused production and newer approaches to incense use.
Its current catalogue spans high-grade incense, practical daily incense, living incense, temple incense and other aromatic formats.
IN THE AROMA BOOK
Gyokushodo has produced one of my strongest Japanese incense favourites.
Kaze no Sho is currently number three in my incense ranking.
